The United States Department of Labor via email sent the following announcement today regarding a couple of webinars that might be of interest to our readers:

Continuing in the “Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Nondiscrimination Requirements” series of public webinars, OFCCP presenters will discuss how OFCCP will be processing the complaints it receives under Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 13672.

Information presented during the webinar will include the following:

  • Review of the Final Rule
  • Complaint Processing
  • Web Resources
