The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is hosting their Diversity & Inclusion Conference & Exposition in Boston October 26-28th, 2015. This event is designed to help HR professionals make the business case for diversity through sessions that will help them better articulate the strategic business value and provide guidance on developing an inclusive workforce.

This year’s Keynote speakers include Actor, Director, and Producer, Blair Underwood; Avon Product’s VP, Chief Inclusion Officer, Leslie Mays; NPR Host, Michele Norris; and Chief “What if” Officer, Steve L. Robbins, Ph.D. They’ll be covering everything from hardwired bias to diversifying yourself and becoming as flexible as possible, and leave you feeling inspired to make an impact.

In addition, the Exposition will house many service providers including DirectEmployers Association’s partners: Brazen, Outsolve, PeopleFluent, SourceCast, SHRM Enterprise Solutions, and many others. Full expo map can be found here.
