Friday, March 11, 2016: Paid Sick Leave Comment Period Extended. The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division announced that the comment period on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to implement Executive Order 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors, has been extended through April 12, 2016. Additional information on the Paid Sick Leave NPRM can be found in our February 29, 2016 WIR. Comments can be submitted electronically by clicking on this link.
