John C. Fox and Candee ChambersThe “OFCCP Week in Review” is a simple, fast and direct summary of relevant happenings in the OFCCP regulatory environment, authored by experts John C. Fox and Candee Chambers. Here are the latest developments:

Friday, July 1, 2016: OFCCP’s Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing renewed. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has renewed the OFCCP’s Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing as of July 1, 2016. It will expire and will again need to be renewed on June 30, 2019.

While the changes were relatively few in number, additional clarification was added to ensure contractor understanding of what is requested during a compliance evaluation and to explain the OFCCP enforcement process.

Federal contractors will now receive the renewed letter for notification of OFCCP “Supply and Service” audits.
