OFCCP Audit Support
Gathering the requested data and materials for compliance officers during an OFCCP audit can become quite stressful for federal contractors. We’ve developed a three-tier solution to help ease the audit process for Members, which includes initial support and guidance from DirectEmployers VP of Compliance and Partnership, Candee Chambers, SPHR, CAAP. If Members have an audit that is particularly challenging, Candee can continue to provide guidance and support, with the additional help of the following:
- Audit advocacy from the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) to facilitate conversation between the state workforce agency personnel and compliance officers
- Legal guidance from employment law expert, John C. Fox
