October is an important month for the Association. The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) promotes a national campaign to bring awareness to disability employment. To help employers with their disability outreach, DirectEmployers partner organization Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN) is hosting a free weekly webinar series throughout the entire month. Webinars will focus on disability disclosures and self-identification, as well as proactive compliance strategies for federal contractors.
