A: I have been to DEAM for the past 3 years.

Q: Explain how your experience at DEAM is different from other conferences?

A: This conference provides information that is relevant to my HR recruiting and compliance position.

Q: If you were to choose three words that described DEAM, what would they be and why?

A: Respected presenters/speakers in the compliance arena, informative sessions, and great networking opportunities!

Q: What is your favorite memory from DEAM?

A: The keynote speaker for each of the DEAM events have been outstanding!

Q: What have you gained as a repeat attendee of DEAM? 

A: Additional confidence working in the OFCCP world and obtaining a better understanding of the resources available to assist when complying with the regulations.

Q: How has DEAM expanded your peer-to-peer networking?

A: Each DEAM you meet different members and non-members who attend which helps your network continue to grow.

Q: With budgets being cut for HR travel, how do you justify your travel to DEAM?

A: It is less expense to attend a DEAM event than it is to be fined by the OFCCP and provided a conciliation agreement.
