From compliance to talent acquisition, diversity hiring remains a top priority for HR in 2018–so much so that it was a hot topic at DirectEmployers recent 2018 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM18). As more artificial intelligence (AI) is working its way into HR practices, there is no wonder why diversity hiring is on the rise. Not only did the sessions reveal that AI can foster less bias in hiring, but it’s also great for increasing efficiency, cost savings and making more data-driven decisions.

As more employers look to ramp up their diversity and inclusion practices, we want to recognize Members who are already excelling in diversity hiring. This year, DiversityInc had over 1,800 companies to evaluate and rank in their Top 50 Companies for Diversity index and we are happy to reveal that of the 50 companies listed, 35 of them are Members of DirectEmployers. Be sure to check out the full list of companies below and congratulate your peers for their efforts in the Member-exclusive community, Connect.

Whether creating unique employee resource groups (ERGs), focusing on outreach to diversity groups or reviewing and developing policies and procedures that will promote workplace diversity and inclusion, these organizations have proven they are best-in-class when it comes to driving change in company culture. Cheers to your efforts today, tomorrow and beyond!
