AAP Technical Analyst
Justin T. Perkins is the AAP Technical Analyst at DirectEmployers Association, involved in designing and planning the production and data analysis processes for the developing affirmative action plans (AAPs) project, as well as the design and production of the *DE Custom* software for producing AAPs.
Justin has over 10 years of experience as an AAP developer, and in conducting in-depth data analytics of employment processes for companies in various industries. His experience includes being the sole point-of-contact for users of a proprietary software package, providing technical support for server configuration and application installation, and providing real-time helpdesk support for end users. He also was involved in the planning and development of the software product, and fully supported all functional and output testing and the release update process.
