Job listing distribution sends open roles from an applicant tracking system or career site to a broader network of employment destinations. For federal contractors, this can include electronic delivery to the appropriate Employment Service Delivery System (ESDS) as part of applicable VEVRAA job listing requirements, along with distribution through state job banks, American Job Centers, and other employment channels. For recruitment marketing, broader distribution can improve job visibility, streamline posting activity, and support more consistent reach across national, workforce, and community-based candidate sources.
