The “OFCCP Week in Review” is a simple, fast and direct summary of relevant happenings in the OFCCP regulatory environment published every Monday. Here are this week’s developments:
May 21, 2015: OFCCP Released Its “Spring” Semi-Annual Regulatory Agenda. As we earlier predicted, most of OFCCP’s projected regulatory publication dates have slipped back. There are three surprises, though: OFCCP actually moved one publication date earlier than previously predicted, ambitiously predicts publication of all its projected regulatory actions this calendar year and predicts its most controversial actions to occur just after the new Fiscal year 2016 begins on October 1, 2015 (thus provocatively taunting Republican budget committees on Capitol Hill).
