Last month, Summer came to an end but that didn’t slow down the Recruit Rooster team! Fueled by pumpkin spice lattes and a candy corn sugar rush, they continued to churn out beautiful career sites for their customers, including new career page launches, a major site rebrand, and the launch of a brand new feature–how exciting! Let’s dive in and take a look at what was fresh from the roost in September.
Boart Longyear
Incorporating bold imagery with a clean design, the new Boart Longyear career site keeps the focus tightly on the jobs. A job search feature sits at the top of the page followed by short descriptions of the specific job types available, an employee value proposition, as well as information on their commitment to diversity and impressive benefits.
Good Samaritan Society
The Good Samaritan Society career site very proudly displays their employee value proposition through the inclusion of a compelling and heart-felt video, which can be played directly from the header image. Below the video, the site displays more information on the Good Samaritan Society, an interactive jobs map, and featured jobs from other organizations within the Sanford Health network. The site also features additional pages on benefits, work perks, scholarships, training programs and application assistance which is a great accessibility feature!
Alaska Airlines
Building a sense of belonging the second you visit the page through motivational text and images of smiling employees, the Alaska Airlines career site rebrand is sure to invoke career site envy! Job opportunities are displayed in attractive image tiles by career type. Scrolling further brings the job seeker to a section focused on the Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air purpose and values, as well as employee testimonials and information on awards for ranking on a variety of “best employer” lists for students, diversity, and more.
Tradesman International
Tradesman International felt that they already had a strong career page but jumped at the opportunity to try a brand-new career site feature being offered by Recruit Rooster–the Similar Job Widget. Upon clicking on an open opportunity, a job seeker will be able to browse a section at the bottom of the page under the heading “Other Jobs You Might Like”. This allows the job seeker to more easily view jobs they may be interested in. See this new feature, live in action, here on the Tradesman International career site!
