The year is flying by and it seems like just yesterday we were hosting our first-ever virtual conference in honor of our 20th anniversary. But now, we’re looking ahead to next year — our first in-person conference since 2019! That’s right, DirectEmployers 2022 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAMcon22) is hitting the road and heading to San Diego, April 20-22. As we work to build the exceptional conference experience our attendees have come to know and love, we’re currently seeking passionate and energetic speakers to fill our agenda with presentations on OFCCP compliance, recruitment marketing, and diversity & inclusion.
