Recipients recognized for innovation in recruitment, technology and OFCCP compliance initiatives.
INDIANAPOLIS, October 2, 2013 – DirectEmployers Association announces winners of the inaugural Member Awards Competition. The outstanding achievements of these companies will be acknowledged at the DirectEmployers 2013 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM13) in San Diego, California on October 22, 2013.
The DirectEmployers Member Awards Competition includes awards in three categories: recruitment, technology and OFCCP compliance. Each category features two tiers: tier one for companies with under 10,000 employees and tier two for companies with over 10,000 employees.
“Our members are doing incredible work in these areas and it’s important for the Association to recognize their dedication and innovation. The awards program also falls nicely within our mission of sharing best practices, and provides other Members with working examples of how similar organizations have executed successful initiatives,” said Bill Warren, DirectEmployers Association Executive Director.
Winners include Schlumberger, J.B. Hunt, Vantiv, Sodexo, AT&T, Colorado Spring Utilities and REI. Other companies receiving recognition include Cardinal Health, Emory University, Eaton and AOL.
The awards segment of DEAM13 will take place from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. PST at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort on October 22, 2013, where the winners will participate in a panel session to discuss the strategy and implementation of their innovation.
