Multiple brands, countless resources and an outdated career site limited Providence Health & Services–the nation’s third largest not-for-profit health system–from truly reaching their target audience and accomplishing their hiring goals. After analyzing their current site, Providence determined they needed to reshape their “frankensite” into something more lively using DirectEmployers Recruitment Marketing Solution as the starting point.

The main goal of this project was to improve the functionality by enhancing the content and incorporating source code tracking and proper HTML and link structure. By consolidating resources and working with DirectEmployers’ digital strategy team, Providence was able to consolidate their resources into one clean, efficient source that has helped significantly improve their site’s performance. Not only is their site more user friendly, they were also able to include additional features such as advanced source code tracking, a customized jobs map, responsive design and Facebook app.
