DirectEmployers Annual Member Awards Competition announces call for entries for OFCCP Compliance and Recruitment Marketing categories

Indianapolis-based nonprofit DirectEmployers Association announces its 3rd Annual Member Awards Competition, and invites members of the Association to submit their initiatives in two competition categories–OFCCP Compliance and Recruitment Marketing.

2015-logoThe annual DirectEmployers Member Awards (DMAs) recognizes member companies for their excellence and commitment in OFCCP and recruitment marketing. The DMAs were created to commend employers for their hard work and facilitate the sharing of best practices and benchmarking through an Association known for fostering a community of knowledge.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on January 29, 2016, via online submission at http://www.directemployers.org/member-awards/. As members of the Association, the cost to enter the competition is free.

Each category will have a judging panel comprised of three subject matter experts and industry practitioners. Once the submission period has concluded all scores will be compiled, and two finalists will be named in each category. The winner will be announced at the DirectEmployers 2016 Annual Meeting & Conference.

About DirectEmployers Association
DirectEmployers Association is a nonprofit Member-owned and managed association formed in 2001 by 14 leading Fortune 500 companies searching for a way to reduce recruiting costs, while regaining ownership of their recruitment brand. Through collaboration with these individuals, DirectEmployers developed proprietary technology that has since led to the creation of our flagship product—a federal contractor compliance solution that assists with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) VEVRAA mandatory listing requirements and Section 503 regulations. Now with over 800 employers varying in industry and size, we’ve expanded our Member benefits to include a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), networking and educational opportunities and fully customizable Recruitment Marketing Solutions.
