The “OFCCP Week in Review” is a simple, fast and direct summary of relevant happenings in the OFCCP regulatory environment published every Monday. Here are this week’s developments:
Friday, April 15, 2016: OFCCP modifies proposal for renewal of, and minor revisions to, audit documents. Cynthia Hackerott, J.D., wrote a review of the recently revised proposal released by the OFCCP to make minor clarifications to their Scheduling Letter, Itemized Listing and Compliance Check Letter. While nothing changed with regard to the data required when a contractor receives notification of an audit, there was additional language added to assist the contractor’s understanding of how the information will be used. There is nothing required on the part of the contractor as there is nothing scary here…it is strictly a matter of wordsmithing the original document approved in 2014.
