Indianapolis-based nonprofit DirectEmployers Association will showcase its Onsite Creative Services at the 2016 HR Technology Conference & Exposition from October 4 -7 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Through a technology-fueled booth that features a Tech Bar, 360 video experience and a virtual reality (VR) gaming platform, DirectEmployers will walk attendees through the Onsite Creative Services and discuss the next wave of video technology on the horizon for recruitment.

“Video is rapidly changing the recruitment space and offers job seekers a deeper look inside a company’s culture and shows what it’s like to work there,” said DirectEmployers’ VP of Digital Strategies, Heather Hoffman. “With these new services, we can help capture the unique pieces of your brand and convey it through video and photography and then use those design elements to develop a fully customized experience for your candidates.”

Mohawk Industries was the first member to beta test the Onsite Creative Services in May of 2016, and has since implemented a full overhaul to their corporate career site using DirectEmployers’ photography, videography and custom design services. By collaborating onsite with Mohawk Industries’ team, DirectEmployers was able to improve the candidate experience via by adding a video of the campus, work environment and employee testimonials about the culture and positive workplace the brand thrives on.

“It was an amazing experience working with the DirectEmployers team to build a new career site for Mohawk Industries. The team is innovative, engaging and fun. They really helped us bring our brand to life,” commented Paul White, Director of Talent Acquisition at Mohawk Industries.

About DirectEmployers Association
DirectEmployers Association is a nonprofit member-owned and managed association formed in 2001 by 14 leading Fortune 500 companies searching for a way to reduce recruiting costs, while regaining ownership of their recruitment brand. Through collaboration with these individuals, DirectEmployers developed proprietary technology that has since led to the creation of our flagship product—a federal contractor compliance solution that assists with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) VEVRAA mandatory listing requirements and Section 503 regulations. Now with over 850 employers varying in industry and size, we’ve expanded our Member benefits to include a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), networking and educational opportunities and fully customizable Recruitment Marketing Solutions.
