C&S Wholesale Grocers understands the importance of keeping up with changes in trends, and their recent career site rebrand reflects that.
We began with this rebrand by transitioning C&S’s career site over to the custom widescreen style template for a more up to date look and feel. Their new header flips through a variety of images behind the search bar. The homepage also features career area icons that lead into static pages, including Finance, Facilities, Warehouse and more.
The site goes in depth using a mixture of additional .JOBS domains and static pages to show candidates what it is like to work with them. Videos, testimonials, jobs maps and team bios are prevalent throughout the site.

We designed a Campus domain completely dedicated to telling students and recent graduates about life at C&S. The C&S Programs page displays what their leadership development programs include and specific skills that an intern will learn.
Apart from the main career site domain and the Campus domain, C&S also dedicated an entire site to hiring veterans. We implemented our Military Skills Translator to match up available jobs with the candidate’s military skill set.
