This past June, we had the honor of attending the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Conference & Expo and sponsor the NACE/DirectEmployers Catalyst Award. For three years running, NACE and DirectEmployers have teamed up to present this award to an outstanding individual who demonstrates excellence in competencies in university relations and recruiting while precipitating positive change and inspiring enthusiasm and energy in their organization and in our profession. Past award recipients include Jill Miller with Novo Nordisk Inc. and Maura Quinn with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Enterprise Holdings has long been revered for their excellence in college recruitment, and this year’s 2017 NACE/DirectEmployers Catalyst Award embodied the passion and commitment to campus recruitment we have come to recognize Enterprise for. Our Executive Director, Candee Chambers, was on-site during the conference to present Tabatha Cates-Powell of Enterprise Holdings with this year’s award, and say a few words about why she was chosen. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Tabatha is responsible for hiring sales management trainees in our home state of Indiana. Her dedication to her work, vibrant personality and overall drive to create an incredible college recruitment program made her a clear winner.
Teaming up with our long-time partner NACE to present such a deserving individual with this award continues to be an honor, and we look forward to recognizing other worthy recipients for their work in coming years. Congrats to Tabatha for her win, and the rest of the Enterprise team for their tireless work!
