If you’ve been following along with us over the last few weeks, you know that last month we launched a new company–Recruit Rooster, a full service recruitment marketing and creative solution aimed at helping employers establish a prominent web presence to appeal to targeted and specialized job seekers. In the short amount of time that they’ve been strutting around, they have already helped a number of companies rebrand and launch new career sites and features. Check out these completed projects from the month of June!

Career Site Rebrand – Phillips 66

Longtime DirectEmployers Member, Phillips 66, understands the importance of keeping their employer brand fresh and up-to-date for the best possible candidate experience. With that said, they reached out to the Recruit Rooster team to rebrand their career site and give it a new look. Upon first visiting the page, job seekers are greeted with prominent branding, bold and interesting imagery, pertinent options on the top navigation menu, and a location-based job map. A simple click on the jobs map displays open opportunities by location, allowing potential candidates the ability to more quickly focus on the jobs in their area. Digging deeper into the site, visitors can learn more about the different Phillips 66 careers available, benefits, as well as view testimonials from current employees and information specific to students and veterans.

Job Board Rebrand – G.I. Jobs

Our talented Roosters not only assist employers with their recruitment marketing needs, they also help diversity organizations build a web presence, allowing them to share DirectEmployers Member jobs with their job seekers and help put more people to work. G.I. Jobs is a resource for military servicemen/women, and their families, offering articles, tips and online tools to assist them with career transition. With the rebrand of their job board, job seekers can easily view featured employers as they scroll across the page, and even translate their military code on the Military Crosswalk. They also have a visual industry search option, allowing candidates to view jobs in a specific industry, or to use the jobs map to view opportunities in specific geographic locations.

Events Calendar – 24 Hour Fitness

Recruiters know that there’s more to the process than just putting your jobs online. Many employers often attend hiring events and career fairs throughout the year but often struggle to get the word out about them. That’s why 24 Hour Fitness decided to take advantage of the events calendar option and asked the Recruit Rooster team add one to their career site. Here, job seekers can view events by month, and can even subscribe to view events as they are added to the calendar.

Veterans Crosswalk – Adventist Health System

Each month, thousands of veterans across the nation transition out of the military and find themselves in search of work. Unfortunately, translating their military experience to civilian jobs can be challenging. Similarly, recruiters are often unsure of how to best utilize veterans’ valuable experience within their organization. With a Recruit Rooster Military Crosswalk, veterans can input their military occupation code or specialty and be provided with a list of jobs that may be a good match, automatically translated behind-the-scenes through our tool! Adventist Health System successfully implemented one of these tools on their military-focused job board, along with a ‘Military Titles’ filter, geo filter and links to other pertinent job seeker information on their general career site.
