CSC Service Works: Career Site Branding and Development
Some career site projects require a quick turnaround; others are a labor of love and require months of planning, coordinating and implementation. CSC Service Works was a project that launched after 12 months of careful strategizing with both the CSC Service Works team and their ad agency. Their past career site entailed a one-page design with a link to their open jobs. Now, the organization really has something to crow about! With the sticky menu for quick job search to the impressive line-up of content and career paths available, this career site now boasts a fully branded and informational experience for job seekers.

Sanford Health: Career Site Rebrand
You may remember our long-time client, Sanford Health, whose new career site we featured last year. Since then, they’ve gone back to the drawing board to rethink their branding on their nursing and veteran-focused career sites–and our rooster were more than happy to get to work, infusing new elements into the sites. For their nursing career site, the team started from scratch, adding branding that coincided with their main site and additional content and nursing categories that would lend to the job seekers overall search experience. For the veterans career site, the roosters rebuilt the career site by including additional flair in the form of robust content and information for veteran job seekers.

University of Utah: Robust Static Pages and Content
For the University of Utah, it’s all about transparency when it comes to their hiring process–and their new pre-boarding and join our team career site static pages illustrate just that. The pre-boarding page is complete with a branded orientation video, informational section featuring the orientation day schedule and access to a benefits tutorial. This gives new hires a chance to feel prepared, informed and ready to start their career at the University of Utah. The join our team page features a dynamic recruitment marketing video, career section, reasons why you should join their team and even a great visual diagram of the hiring process from start to finish.
