New month, new career sites! Last month the Recruit Rooster team was extra busy, cranking out a whole new carton of golden eggs–a full dozen to be exact! From brand new career site launches to rebrands and featured career pages, they have the creativity and support to get each job done with extra care and attention to detail. The best part? You have creative control–with access to expert help when you need it. Now, let’s crack one open and see what was fresh from the roost in August!

Greenbrier (GBX)

Upon visiting the new GBX career site, job seekers are immediately greeted with exciting imagery, engaging video, and important information for benefits, career areas and locations, as well as diversity and veteran careers. Scrolling a little further, potential candidates can peruse categories of different job types, or click on the interactive jobs map to see jobs by location, arranged visually on a map. After only a few seconds on the site, the sense of purpose and importance within a Greenbrier career is made clear. Nice work, Roosters!

Walsh Group

The Walsh Group career site opts for less imagery and more text content to share their most impressive employment features. Below a large group photo featuring a happy team, a story sets the scene to qualify potential candidates for a career with the company. Beyond that, a list of potential career paths is provided, with a short description of each, and a list of impressive employee benefits. Job seekers then have the opportunity to join their talent community and view videos that give insight into what it’s like to work for the company. Part of a multi-site approach, Walsh Group launched four other sites, including a college recruiting site featuring an impressive events calendar. Check out their other new sites featuring specific career types:

Provider Solutions + Development (PS+D)

Upon deciding to rebrand the PS+D career site, they knew one thing was certain: their jobs should be the main focal point. When visiting the page, job seekers are immediately presented with a job search feature, or the option to view all openings. A helpful tab in the top navigation leads them to career resources that can help them in their journey to a career with PS+D, while scrolling below the fold of the homepage displays featured opportunities and the option to view an interactive jobs map of all locations. Looks great, PS+D, congrats on your rebrand!

Southern Company

Southern Company is dedicated to “building the future of energy through acquisition of top talent”, and through this rebrand, they are doing just that! Job seekers are immediately immersed in a day on the job with a bold video header showing employees doing important and exciting work. Scrolling down a little further, the Southern Company career site features a job search, key talent categories, an interactive jobs map, benefits, as well as information on the corporate values and awards & recognition. They also went one step further to entice job seekers and added a culture site that features compelling employee testimonials and intriguing hiring statistics. Check it out: https://southerncompany.jobs/culture/

Cummins Electrification

Happy with their current career site, Cummins was instead looking for additional ways to help fill electrician jobs. To provide additional focus on this career path, they asked Recruit Rooster to develop a featured career page. The page features an energizing header image, basic job search functionality, and a list of featured opportunities. See it in action: https://electrification.cummins.jobs/

CNO Diversity

CNO Financial Group is devoted to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, and to show this dedication, decided to launch a diversity focused career page. This page features the CNO D&I mission statement and beliefs and targeted content including video and imagery. Keep up the good work, CNO! See their new page here: https://cnodiversity.dejobs.org/

Swedish Veterans

Veteran hiring is a priority for Swedish Medical Center, and similar to CNO, they wanted a way to show their support and attract a diverse talent pool. Through their new veterans career page, Swedish offers veterans and military job seekers the option to search for careers via their military occupation specialty or code, and also highlights some featured career opportunities that may be a good fit. We salute you, Swedish! Check out their new veterans page here: https://swedish.jobs/veterans/

Wow, great job to the entire Recruit Rooster team and congratulations to the employers who collaborated to launch these new sites! If you are looking to enhance your recruitment marketing efforts with a new career site, rebrand, or featured page, reach out to these talented folks to see how they can help. As evidenced above, you won’t be disappointed!
