Peanuts & Cracker Jacks: 2019 Staff Outing

An important aspect of any workforce is culture, and fostering a healthy culture that allows for non-business collaboration and fun outside of work is essential. Late last month, the DirectEmployers and Recruit Rooster teams headed out of the office for our annual Indianapolis Indians staff appreciation event. With hot dogs, popcorn, beer and more, our teams bonded over food and baseball, while also taking the opportunity to get to know coworkers they may not work as closely with in the office. We are all honored to work for such a great company that recognizes our need to grow in more ways than one, and gives us the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful, blue sky day complete with a win by our Indy Indians – Roll Tribe!
