In February of 2012 IHG approached us about wanting to drastically change the look and feel of their .JOBS Microsites (they have 28 of them). Their microsites when first launched had minimal branding and basically had a logo with an ad like image at the top. They sent over some new images along with some content focused on promoting their many different brands, and we plugged it into their microsites. The screenshots below show the transformation.

This change had huge effects immediately on their numbers. Below is a table showing the growth they experienced in visits, conversions, conversion rate, etc. The changes to their branding have been a huge success. Changing branding on microsites should always be done in an effort to improve SEO traffic, and this is exactly what IHG has accomplished.
