JANUARY 28, 2015: “Who Is an Employee For OFCCP Purposes” Webinar Announced: DirectEmployers announced a webinar John C. Fox and Candee Chambers will present for DirectEmployers (DE) Members on February 11 from 2pm-3:30pm EST with an additional 30 minutes for John and Candee to answer questions from the audience from 3:30pm-4pm EST. The webinar is officially titled: “Who Does OFCCP Think Is An “Employee” Who Should Be In Your AAPs and Disparity Analyses…And Then, What Is The Right Answer?”

JANUARY 30, 2015: OFCCP PUBLISHED A NEW NPRM: OFCCP published its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) titled “Discrimination on the Basis of Sex.” Contractor comments are due to OFCCP no later than March 31, 2015.
