As an Association we are comprised of 650+ Members, and of that membership a large percentage of these employers are designated as federal contractors. While much of the DirectEmployers membership falls in this category, there are still products and services that can benefit non-federal contractors as well.

Access to Compliance Services for Improved Job Visibility
Regardless of your status as a non-federal contractor, your company can still reap the benefits of our compliance service without the worry of providing proof of delivery to the OFCCP. For example, you can still utilize the compliance service to gain additional veteran outreach by having your jobs sent to Disabled Veterans Outreach Programs (DVOPs), Local Veterans Employment Representative Programs (LVERs) and Employment Services (ES Staff) at the local levels closest to where your job resides.

Job Syndication to Niche and Partner Sites
Through our Direct Syndication product, Members jobs are scraped/indexed each night and distributed to 30,000+ relevant sites within the .JOBS Network, as well as to our over 1,200 diversity, veteran, disability, college/alumni and local niche sites. This distribution provides a high level of additional exposure for your open positions through:

  • Consistent Employer Branding
  • Social Sharing Options
  • Lack of Competitive Presence
  • Direct Connection to Your ATS

Source Coding for the ATS
Determining the source of hire is important to an employer for numerous reasons, especially in determining the effectiveness of their sourcing strategies. The typical process of allowing the candidate to select the method through which they found your job opportunities can create cause for error. DirectEmployers automated source coding method tracks the source through custom tags that identify each online recruiting source for more accurate data and metrics.

Measurement through Direct Traffic
Direct Traffic offers employers a robust analytics platform that provides detailed job seeker traffic data from our global partner sites. Through the Direct Traffic dashboard employers can see the number of job seekers clicking on their jobs as well as the referrer and keyword attached to the search. Therefore, not only can you see whether or not your job titles and descriptions are getting traffic, but they can be used as a research tool to improve your internal processes.

SEO & Google Analytics
Reviewing the analytics and metrics associated with your online recruiting efforts is a vital step in ensuring that your strategies are effective. With access to the Google Analytics accounts connected to your microsite, you will be able to monitor the keyword searches and phrases bringing in candidates, the conversion of candidates to applicants, traffic numbers and sources, and much more.

Networking & Educational Opportunities
DirectEmployers Association is always working on networking and educational opportunities that are appropriate for our Members. Which is why we offer monthly webinars focused on topics ranging from online recruiting to analyzing job seeker data and behavior. We work diligently with our partners and staff to provide not only timely information, but relevant and knowledge rich material as well. In addition to our webinars, we have four quarterly Employers Connect events that allow employers to meet face-to-face and share, learn and network with colleagues. Members also have the opportunity to attend the DirectEmployers Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM) held each year in varying locations across the country. This event brings in Members from across the nation interested in networking and learning from known industry experts and their fellow members on a range of topics from compliance, technology, recruiting and leadership. This event would cost several hundreds of dollars but is free for members to attend.
