Indianapolis, Indiana, October 21, 2013 — Committed to delivering direct communication between employers, veteran employment centers, and state vocational rehabilitation centers, DirectEmployers partnered with SourceCast to offer its member companies with a new Web-based tool called Divercity Outreach. Divercity Outreach is the first nationwide outreach network that all DirectEmployers member companies can now utilize free of charge. The primary purpose of this effective and expansive network is to facilitate direct communication between employers and employment centers.

Recent changes to Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) necessitate a greater outreach by employers. Divercity Outreach enables employers to reach out to every single one of these centers, directly. More importantly, upon request, Divercity Outreach can produce audit reports detailing communication between employers and local employment centers.
