DEAM15 attendees welcome Joyce Morgan of Morgan Consulting Services, LLC to the compliance advisory team.
When networking at conferences or talking with friends, I’m often asked the question, “What company do you work for?” That question is quickly followed by, “What do they do?” These questions are always tricky to answer because it’s hard to explain all of the unique facets of DirectEmployers in one 60-second sound bite–and I’m the one writing the content so this should be an easy feat for me. One thing that I’ve always been able to easily tout is the knowledge base of DirectEmployers, and our partnerships that add immense value and empower Members with the knowledge needed to do their jobs more efficiently.
One such partnership I’m more than happy to announce is our newly formed alliance with Joyce Morgan of Morgan Consulting Services, LLC. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Joyce on our webinars and at DirectEmployers 2015 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM15) and can attest that her knowledge and understanding of the innerworkings of the OFCCP are unparalleled.
Joyce has more than 26 years of experience, beginning in 1979 with the OFCCP where she progressed from Assistant District Director to Deputy Regional Director, and leading to today, where she manages her own consulting practice. To this day she maintains a positive relationship with the OFCCP that adds invaluable benefit to her clients and now, DirectEmployers Members. Joyce’s consulting experience combined with Candee Chamber’s functional expertise and John C. Fox’s legal knowledge create the well-rounded Compliance Advisory Team that is now at your disposal.
With the addition of Joyce to DirectEmployers Compliance Advisory Team, we offer a three-pronged approach–functional, advisement and legal consulting–to aid our Members in tackling the daily challenges associated with their federal contractor status. Take a moment to connect with Joyce on LinkedIn and welcome her to the Association! Keep a watch on your inbox too for upcoming webinars and blog posts hosted by our team of OFCCP compliance experts.
