This is the first screen users see when they log in to DE.works. The Dashboard offers quick snapshots of data within the applications found on DE.works. The tiles can be customized and relocated to create individual layouts per the user’s unique needs.
Partner Relationship Manager
This is a documentation tool, pure and simple. While it was built and launched in 2014 to give Members a repository to collect outreach documentation for VEVRAA and Section 503 regulations, it can really document anything…internal or external.
Rather than combing through individual records to assess the effectiveness of each partner, Partner Assessment allows users to assign a star rating for overall effectiveness, making for quicker assessments.
Many of us are tasked with doing more with less. More outreach and activity, but no extra staff to assist with the process. Take advantage of Non-User Outreach, which gives non-registered users of DE.works a place to submit outreach records and contact information to further a company’s partnership initiatives.
Targeted Job Distribution
All over the country, there are local organizations that want to be notified of relevant job openings, but they may not have a career site or website to receive those jobs. Targeted Job Distribution assists by automatically distributing jobs based on geographic location to local partners entered into the system by DirectEmployers and custom contacts from Members.
