With so much available, it can appear overwhelming to decide where you want to plant your shovel and start digging, so to speak. Targeted Job Distribution
This direct email application allows Members to input local partners as part of their obligations from state or municipal contracts or for those who may have other local recruiting needs. To add to the effort, DE also adds local partners we source and vet into this application.
Non-User Outreach
Expand your recruiting team by creating a dedicated email inbox to catch outreach suggestions for easy review and recording in Partner Relationship Manager (PRM).
Partner Assessments
Outreach is critical as part of your Section 503 and VEVRAA strategies, but assessing that outreach to determine effectiveness is the key to success. Use Partner Assessments in the PRM to apply a star rating to each communication record for easy assessment in the future.
VetCentral Reporting has moved!
In an effort to move all of our products onto one platform, you can now find VetCentral reporting, which demonstrates proof that jobs were listed for compliance with VEVRAA, on DE.works under the ‘Reporting’ application.

Curious what sites across the internet are sending job seekers your way? Analytics collects this information and gives users the ability to compile custom reports.

DE Academy
Introduced to the Association this past May, DE Academy offers professional development opportunities for Members of the association, as well as non-members. Members can access via DE Connect and the Academy tab to get started creating a learning path of their own.
