In August of 2019, powerhouse global content providers, Viacom and CBS, announced their merger. While the merger would not be completed until December, the Roosters were tasked with the behind-the-scenes career site rebranding work and dove beak first into combining the two brands into one boldly branded experience. We don’t want to toot our own horn, but {toot toot} our team of creatives knocked this one out of the park! From the bold hero header image on the homepage of the career site to the simplistic, yet sophisticated look and feel of the job search functionality, ViacomCBS has made sure that job seekers know their employees are their greatest resource. In addition, their career site also showcases informational elements such as the organization’s social responsibility and benefits, as well as their commitment to diversity and veterans. SCI (Service Corporation International)
While this company name might not be familiar to you, their work will be. SCI and its nearly 25,000 associates nationwide are driven by providing compassionate support to families during their most difficult times. As America’s leading provider of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services, SCI believes their associates are the heart of their company. With over 1,000 current job openings, SCI came to the Roosters to rebrand their career site to integrate with their new .com site. As long-time clients, the Roosters knew just what SCI needed to fulfill their goals and help them attract the candidates they target. The final product resulted in a seamless transition from their corporate website to their job search portal, as well as a hero header image that draws the job seeker down the page to the job search functionality, information about the various teams, and jobs broken down by location. Flowserve
With 17,500 employers located in 60 countries, Flowserve is no stranger to language translation needs. Over the years, the Rooster team flocked to work assisting this leading worldwide manufacturer of pumps, valves, and seals with their fair share of career site branding improvements–not surprising for a company that sees innovation as a key to their long-term success. From the jobs map {ahem, we do those, too!} to the sleek user interface and more, Recruit Rooster has helped Flowserve attract candidates at all points on the globe, literally. As you can imagine, with locations here, there, and everywhere, Flowserve needed a way to reach candidates in their native language, and the Roosters delivered! Flowserve already had their career site translated into nine different languages to accommodate their hiring needs, and in December, the Roosters helped them launch three more!
