Last year we revamped our Analytics tool to give our Members better insight into their job performance via job views and source location. In this advancement, we incorporated a default view based on the “Found On” field, which gave Members a broad view of their syndication performance, with the option to add additional criteria to narrow their view even further. The goal of providing this detailed, big-picture data was to give the opportunity to uncover helpful trends that could be used to the employer’s advantage. Is there a source that is leading to more views? Is there a specific job title or location that is getting more views than others? That’s the good stuff!

With these trends in mind, our development team has continued to hone in on what data points and Analytics features may be the most beneficial, and we’re happy to announce an update to the Job View Timeline. This update helps Analytics users compare trends between the overall count of job views and the number of job views that reached the ATS in a specified time period. Hovering over a specific point in time will display a tooltip featuring more detailed data. We hope that this dialed-in view of jobs will give employers a better idea of overall job performance and allow them to make adjustments to their recruitment strategy as needed.

We encourage Members to sign in to the DE.works platform to see these updates in action! As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to your membership team with any questions or feedback you may have. We’re here to help and always looking for ways to improve your membership experience!
