When a Member’s needs go beyond traditional support, our Sales Engineering team is ready to step in! This branch of our Product Development team combines technical knowledge with customer support to assist Members with various needs that may require a technological background. Whether it’s ensuring successful job indexing setup, analytics assistance, setting up source code tracking, tool configuration, or troubleshooting, they’re always here as your personal tech savvy support squad!
Quality Assurance works tirelessly behind the scenes to perform a variety of oversight and control tasks without the Member ever even knowing! This includes reviewing and correcting job locations for VEVRAA compliance, verifying daily job counts, and confirming that jobs redirect properly. This team is small but mighty and is certainly the hidden gem of our support team!
