OFCCP compliance solution provider recognized for excellence in customer service for the second consecutive year

DirectEmployers Association, known as the “Gold Standard” in OFCCP compliance and diversity outreach solutions by over 1,050+ global employers, was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 18th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

DirectEmployers Member Engagement Team is the heart of Member connection and is responsible for delivering day-to-day assistance, training, and guidance covering the Association’s myriad OFCCP compliance reports and outreach and engagement tools. With a focus on high-touch customer service, the lean team of seven provides support via phone, email, and digital calls to actively address Members’ ever-changing needs, identify opportunities for growth and product adoption, and develop creative solutions for each Member to maximize their benefits. As a result of the strategic style of tackling Member needs and training, the team boasts a customer service satisfaction score (CSAT) of 92% for Discovery calls and a 94.8% CSAT for Product calls – far outweighing the industry average of 75-85%.

This recognition marks the second consecutive year DirectEmployers has been honored with this award, and this third-party recognition serves as a valuable benchmark for the company’s commitment to defining excellence in customer service and Member support.
