With this partnership, DirectEmployers members will receive preferential pricing on JIBE’s award-winning products, “Mobile Apply” and “Get Referred”, as well as other JIBE products.
With mobile device usage increasing dramatically, more and more job seekers are engaging with potential employers through their smartphones or tablets. In early 2012, JIBE identified a void in recruiting technology, specifically that ATS’s and ERPs were not able to handle the increasing number of mobile job applicants. At that point, potential applicants were unable to apply for a job from a mobile device.
To combat this, JIBE developed the first solution that allows candidates to submit a complete application from any device – smartphone, tablet or desktop.
