The primary purpose of this effective and expansive network is to facilitate direct communication between employers and employment centers.

Recent changes to Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 necessitate a greater outreach by employers. Divercity Outreach enables employers to reach out to every single one of these centers, directly. More importantly, upon request, Divercity Outreach can produce audit reports detailing communication between employers and local employment centers. Combined with VETcentral and VOCcentral, Divercity Outreach provides employers with a suite of products that span beyond compliance and work as effective recruitment tools.
