Indianapolis, February 21, 2019 — DirectEmployers Association has announced today the agenda and featured presenters for its upcoming 2019 Annual Meeting and Conference (DEAM19) running May 15-17, 2019 in Naples, Florida at The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. Known for providing all-encompassing education on Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and directives and recruitment marketing strategy in a collaborative setting, DEAM19 presents ideas, best practices and benchmarks that empower its audience with the knowledge they need to advance their HR strategies.
With the theme of, “An Endless Sea of Opportunity,” DEAM19 will feature sessions focused on OFCCP compliance, recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. DirectEmployers recognizes that today’s HR professional is responsible for a multitude of tasks ranging from recruitment and retention to employer branding, marketing, data analyses and more. With that said, DEAM19 will guide attendees through each of these roles and arm them with the knowledge needed to understand not only the regulatory landscape, but also tackle recruitment marketing, data mining and sourcing strategies with ease, thus further illustrating the endless opportunities that exist for HR professionals.
Keynotes for the event include American actor, motivational speaker, and former U.S. Army soldier, J.R. Martinez; hypnotherapist, Jack Hirsh; the Honorable Cari M. Dominguez; and current OFCCP Director, Craig Leen.
“As providers of unique and engaging content, I’m proud to bring a strong and diverse group of leaders and visionaries to the DEAM19 stage and hold important conversations about the challenges and opportunities ahead,” commented Candee Chambers, Executive Director, DirectEmployers Association.
