With a current roster of over 920 Members and the introduction of a new subsidiary, the need to expand our staff left us desiring more space to spread out and stretch our wings. So, last month, the DirectEmployers and Recruit Rooster teams moved out of their original offices and into a shiny new space with plenty of room to grow.
Our new location offers standing desks, a large kitchen complete with tables and booths, a fitness room, and a number of common areas where small teams can convene away from their desks. Ultimately, our office allows us to work better together, and as individuals, as we grow our staff and membership. Take a peek at our new space in Indy, from construction to our first week in the office!
Kacie Koons serves as the Marketing Manager, Social Media and Communications, for DirectEmployers. In her role she works actively with each department to establish outgoing communications, as well as social media outreach and content creation including blog posts, webinars, surveys, virtual networking events and more. She has been with the Association since 2013.
