Deanna Cross is the Human Resources Director at DirectEmployers Association. As part of the Executive team, Deanna aids the Association staff in all matters related to HR. With a staff of roughly 50, Deanna wears many hats and functions as the Association’s full HR department aiding in everything from new hire set up and benefits to helping manage day-to-day office operations and administrative services. With over 18 years of experience in office administration, with an insurance background, Deanna is well equipped to handle the day-to-day office needs of DirectEmployers.
Previously, Deanna worked for Independent Agents at Prudential and American Family Insurance as a Resident Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Outside of the office, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family that includes her husband of 25 years and their three kids; two of whom are currently in college and their youngest is in High School.
