Deanna Cross is the Human Resources Director at DirectEmployers Association. As part of the Executive team, Deanna aids the Association staff in all matters related to HR. With a staff of roughly 75, Deanna wears many hats and functions as the Association’s full HR department aiding in everything from new hire set up and benefits to helping manage day-to-day office operations. With over 25 years of experience in office administration, with an insurance background, Deanna is well equipped to handle the day-to-day office needs of DirectEmployers.
Previously, Deanna worked for Independent Agents at Prudential and American Family Insurance as a Resident Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Outside of the office, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family that includes her husband of 30 years, their three grown children, and their first grandchild.
