DirectEmployers’ Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) was developed in 2014 to help federal contractors more easily and effectively manage their outreach efforts as part of new regulations set forth by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Since then, the tool has grown to include in-tool messaging capabilities, partner assessments, and in-depth analytics.

PRM Features

  1. Searching a directory of diversity and veteran partners by keyword, location, or tag: The Partner Library feature allows you to search partners to learn more about what they do, view each organization’s job counselors and the outreach areas they serve.
  2. Connecting with partners using two-way messaging: Message partners found in the Partner Library within the PRM platform, with all communications being stored as outreach efforts available for assessment and reporting.
  3. Documenting interactions and communication with partners: Interactions with partners both internal and external to the PRM platform may be easily recorded as outreach activities.
  4. Automating job delivery to partner contacts: Through the Targeted Job Distribution (TJD) feature, employers can have feeds of their open jobs sent to partner contacts at a frequency of their choosing.
  5. Conducting partner assessments: Federal regulations require federal contractors to assess the effectiveness of their outreach efforts. The PRM provides contractors with a pre-designed assessment form or allows them to create their own within the PRM.
  6. Generating outreach reports, available in Excel and CSV formats: Reporting is essential for affirmative action plans (AAP), as well as in the event of an audit or other compliance evaluation. Download in-depth reports from the PRM as a record of your outreach activities.

The Partner Relationship Manager was designed with federal contractors in mind, to assist in compliance with laws enforced by OFCCP that require outreach efforts to racial and ethnic minorities and women, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans. This tool serves as a vital part of DirectEmployers membership and is a necessity for employers looking to streamline their outreach activities.
