Currently we have 59 different company branded .JOBS Veteran Crosswalks. These sites tend to be some of my favorite in terms of branding. I think one of the greatest benefits that .JOBS Microsites provide is the ability to brand microsites around job seeker segments such as veterans. Today, I am going to highlight one of my favorite .JOBS Veterans Crosswalk. does an amazing job of merging jobs with Veteran focused recruitment content. Below are three screenshots showing how the microsite looks. The thing that makes the site powerful, other than the amazing balloon image, is the veteran focused thank you and video at the top. Even though the site has the military translator feature attached to the jobs, it really did not become a complete recruitment tool until Phillips 66 added a blurb thanking our veterans along with a video.
