Someone wise recently said that as a mother she wanted to instill a sense of gratitude in her children, because from gratitude comes many other values. If we understand that nothing is owed to us but instead we are thankful for what we have, then we aren’t selfish. We are polite and remember to say please and thank you. We are dependable and trustworthy because we realize how fortunate we are.
While our nation observes a day dedicated to giving thanks for all that we have I would like to say how much we truly appreciate each and every one of you and your continued support. Members, partners, supporters, staff – because of you, DirectEmployers has grown to almost 700 member companies strong. We are able to provide solutions and services to employers and to job seekers that are second to none improving the industry and creating a trustworthy environment for job seekers and employers to connect.
I thank you and wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving!
