DirectEmployers Association is excited to announce a new partnership with the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a leading research organization that focuses on revealing the people practices that drive market performance. i4cp is unique in that it looks at human capital practices through the lens of the business by correlating its data against four organizational performance indicators–growth trends in revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, and market share. This partnership will deliver tremendous value to DirectEmployers Members as it will provide access to quality research that is otherwise only available to i4cp member organizations.
Together, DirectEmployers and i4cp will conduct a series of collaborative research studies that will reveal the talent acquisition strategies and practices that distinguish high-performance organizations and have the greatest correlation to market performance.
The first research study is currently underway and while we will provide further information in January, we invite you to get a head start and take the survey now. It will only take 20 minutes to complete, but in return you will receive two complimentary reports:
- The exclusive i4cp report called “The People-Profit Chain”, to be delivered a week after the survey closes
- A report outlining the aggregate results from this survey, to be delivered at the end of January
