Our Association is led by Executive Director Bill Warren. He founded the first Internet job board, Online Career Center, in August of 1992 and is known by many as the father of online recruiting. The Association’s Chief Counsel, Dan Jordan, worked alongside Bill at the OCC and joined him at the start of DirectEmployers.
