Get Involved in Your Association By Joining a Committee

There is truth to the statement “strength in numbers.” DirectEmployers was founded upon the principles of collaboration, which is why we constantly strive to increase Member participation. Through this philosophy, we aim to provide unparalleled products and services that benefit our membership as a whole. Our business model has remained the same from day one—Member driven, not profit driven.

With that said, there are many ways to get involved in cultivating future endeavors of the Association. From joining one of our DirectEmployers committees, as seen below, or simply providing feedback and participation at events, your actions do make a difference and help shape future product and service offerings.

Member Awards Committee

Every day our Members juggle AAPs, career site launches, employer branding campaigns, veteran hiring initiatives, OFCCP audits and more—often times with extremely tight budgets and limited resources. To highlight Members who have gone above and beyond necessary measures, we have created an annual Member Awards Competition. Committee members outline the program, select judges and assist with other details such as program logistics, categories and rules.
