Jaime Costilow

VP of Marketing

Jaime Costilow is the VP of Marketing for DirectEmployers Association. In her role she leads the marketing department through a hands-on approach in which she assists the marketing managers with content production, public relations, social media and strategy. She works closely with other departments to ensure that each is supported by marketing efforts and has the information her team needs to properly communicate Association news and updates. Before coming to DirectEmployers in 2012, Jaime served as a Marketing Manager for an internet marketing startup where she focused on search engine optimization, pay-per-click ads and content writing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with family, and of course, lounging with her favorite couch potato–her German Shepherd, Lola.
