VetCentral is the proprietary technology designed and developed by DirectEmployers to deliver federal contractor jobs for compliance with the Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA) and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), provide priority veteran referrals, and act as a resource for current jobs for the over 1,800 local veterans’ employment representatives (LVERs) and disabled veteran outreach program specialists (DVOPs), and Business Service Representatives throughout the country. This tool combines technology and automation to support DirectEmployers’ job listing services, a cornerstone of DE membership and OFCCP compliance. Each day, this service is responsible for making over 4 million jobs available to American Job Centers (AJC) nationwide.

VetCentral for Employers

Each night, jobs posted on employer career sites are electronically acquired and added to a file to be distributed via email to LVERs and/or DVOPs located at the American Job Center (AJC) nearest the job location, as is required by VEVRAA. DirectEmployers Members then receive a report containing job delivery confirmations and other relevant information.

VetCentral for State Workforce Staff

Each day, an email is sent to LVERs, DVOPs, and Business Services Representatives at AJCs around the nation, filled with job openings in their area, that they can pass on to the veterans, military spouses and transitioning service members they serve in their communities.

VEVRAA Mandatory Job Listing

DirectEmployers proprietary technology streamlines your ability to comply with VEVRAA mandatory job listing requirements and prepares you for an OFCCP audit through:
