At DirectEmployers Association, we have different ERGs based on our needs and preferences. I am fascinated by the different ERGs; I love participating in the various community activities that allow us to open the doors to the communities, work as a team, and get to know each other better as a group. My favorite activity this year was attending the Hope Center with my Women’s ERG.​
