Last week hundreds of Members and fellow HR professionals came to Indianapolis for the DirectEmployers 2016 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM16) at the Crowne Plaza at Historic Union Station. Day one of the conference brought many exciting things, including OFCCP compliance and recruitment marketing pre-conference workshops, two fantastic keynote speakers, a networking reception and lots of fun.
